Thai Yoga Massage Therapy

Thai massage is a more dynamic style of massage. It’s done fully clothed, traditionally on a mat on the floor; however, I've adapted it for the massage table. This technique combines yoga-like passive stretching with deep muscle work using the practitioner’s hands, forearms, elbows, and feet. Having someone else move and stretch your body feels both deeply relaxing and invigorating, enhancing flexibility and releasing muscle tension.

Massage is truly one of my favorite things in the world- both to give and receive. I love helping people feel good, unwind, and reconnect with their bodies through the healing power of touch. Guiding others toward a sense of ease, appreciation, and balance in their own bodies is incredibly fulfilling—a gift I’m grateful to be able to share.

By offering only 90-minute or 120-minute sessions, it allow us ample time for a complete, unhurried full-body treatment, helping you leave feeling restored and balanced.
